With experience in award-winning restaurants across Western Australia, Canada, and Japan, they bring a wealth of international knowledge and refined technique to every event.
Denver’s cooking focuses on seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on modern techniques and native Australian produce. By partnering with small local suppliers, he creates individual, thoughtful menus that reflect both the region and the season.
Taneeka leads the service, ensuring each event feels effortless, relaxed and personal. Her attention to detail and focus on guest experience ensures a welcoming and memorable event.
